At SawSuppliers.com, we stand behind the quality of our tools and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Submit a Return Request

  Log into your account portal and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all blades, accessories, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package, making sure to clear or cover any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned machinery, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
